How you can improve handstand, without standing on your hands?

Many people underestimate basics. It’s not a secret. And I understand why. These things are boring and consume a lot of time. Usually you can see the same in professional sport. Athletes are crazed there and they work a lot on a simple movements, the same movements which kids are practicing. But why?

Well, because BASICS should be maintained time by time. By rushing a new skill, you dive in unknown territory, where you don’t think about basics, but instead, think about “how to do this trick”. And this is totally normal. And after some research, you should return to basics and fix them, focus them more and refresh your feelings.

👉 All learning process will be like this. Up - towards new skills and after, you go down to your “boring” duties, a.k.a. BASICS. And paradoxically, as better your basics are - easier to learn something new. Sometimes even if you didn’t practice trick by itself.

The question is:
“How serious you are? How badly you want to learn something?”.

👇And here will be some important 👇
And for me it’s difficult to understand people who said that they don’t need follow by any technique hide their head in handstand and keep lines straight, knees locked, lower back without arch and etc….

I don’t understand handstand coaches who don’t care about it. The main argument is: “but they will not be a professional handbalancers, they just want to do handstand…”

Alright, and what? Does it mean that you should learn it with bad form? Because in future you will not need it? Well, we learn how to write, to read, to calculate, to think 🤔 (but a lot of people even don’t use their brain), and no one tell that they don’t need it… It’s just excuse because everyone want fast results with less effort. This mentality of a weak people…
