This is definitely quads booty and abs, loved it! I was able to do the whole workout, getting stronger. Need a lower body rest the next day though, sore butt and quads.

Marcela your work outs really motivated me. I have being doing your exercise for a month las week was 4 week doing Day 5 Lean Legs workout plus 2 weeks booty challenge Day 1 total One hour everyday, and this week I'm going to focus this video Booty and ABS. it feel really good doing your exercise.
