Tony Jeffries shares how to land a straight right hand. It's harder to land a right-hand punch because it travels twice the distance of your left hand or your jab. To be able to land your right, you got to be one or two steps ahead of your opponent.

Tony I've just gone amateur, won my first bout and got my dad as my coach. He was an ex professional himself in the late 80s and 90s. Brian Robb. Really grateful of you tony for all the extra knowledge you give out and for helping me without even knowing. Keep the videos rolling brother 🥊

Me and my boy are both learning through you, it’s great for bonding, fitness and it’s nice to know he can throw a nice straight if he ever needs to.

I’d like to hear you talk about what your eyes are doing and where they’re looking while throwing various punches. I feel like this would have been a good time to hear about how your eyes manipulate your opponent one way or another.
