Bhai aj mere ek mobile me aisa chis hua he agar mein apka bat sunke Google play service ka clear data & clear cache kardu to kya mere gallery ka sab pht aur mere mobile ka sab data kya delete

The problem is Google Play Services is not found in my apps manager, only Google Play Music and Google Play Store is there and when I tap on Google Play Store nothing happened, already cleared cache and data, turned phone on and off several times still gmail, YouTube and others not working, I can't sign in to Google Play Store either what to do?

Clearing cache and data from play services and play store then a reboot worked for me after certification.
