Tried this with chicken legs and decided to brush some bbq sauce on the legs when 5 minutes were left with the cook time. Worked perfectly… Chicken legs were on sale for $.89 lb- usually $1.29/.39 lb so will be going back to pick up multi packs /freezing them. Will definitely use this recipe for chicken thighs as well to save a lot of time in the kitchen. For a single person, recipe now makes cooking a non stress issue!
