How To Make a Patty Melt | The Best Patty Melt At Home #

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 pack maple bacon
1 jalapeño, diced
1 small yellow onion, diced
4 cloves minced garlic or 1 tsp garlic paste
1/4 cup Balsamic glaze (if you want to make yourself combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in a saucepan or skillet and reduce)
Swiss cheese, 4 slices per sandwich
Salt and pepper to taste for burger Patties
Bread of choice (I used sourdough)

Burger Sauce

Mayo
Ketchup
Mustard
Hot sauce
Sweet relish
Juice half a lemon
All purpose seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder)
