Set for the oysters I guess my mom had it right back in the day. Sauerkraut liver red meat all we're on the table on regular basis. But who can afford red meat nowadays? But it's almost pay me now or pay me later.

2) Hypothyroidism = selenium deficiency: eat Brazilian nuts;
3) Fibrocystic Breasts = iodine deficiency: eat sea kelp;

Sauerkraut is only helpful if it’s been fermented. 99% of sauerkraut sold in stores is pickled. Not so beneficial.
