Love these motivation videos, Cause we all lose that at some point and listening to these brings you back up to have "i can do attitude" When I have a hard session coming up I'm actually excited about it cause what gets me through them is shouting singing and mostly swearing with the Name Scott in the middle somewhere lol

so true..currently i alwys give myself a reason not to cycle...equipments not in tip top condition...the weather...all the shitty/stupid reasons...i do enjoy cycling...but sometimes i think ive not improving anymore...n that makes me lazy bum...from cycling 2-3x per week to a measly once a week...tqs 4 the advice!...

Yep I now do 120 press ups Squats, bicep curls and Yoga tree exercises every day since mid November, do I feel better you bet. I have a long term shoulder injury I barely feel anymore. Thanks coach you and your videos and workouts are life changing.

GREAT videos, really helping... One question, as I saw in your videos, you recommend an arm-body 90 degrees angle to check the reach to the levers with your palms, right? But it depends on how low is the handlebar, I mean, the low it is, more close to you must be, to keep the same arms.body angle... is that right, or it depends on something?

How to be more motivated to exercise? My job is exhausting and makes my body hurt like a workout and i do it 6 days a week. 😭😭😭😭😭

I am studying computer science. The only thing I want NOT to do during a workout is to think.

My workout is the only chance where I can't do anything else, since my whole body is dying.

No music, no videos, no nothing. Only heart rate and steering. That is boring and good.
