Hello, I just bought a moka pot for induction, and I find that the coffee is bitter, can you tell me which coffee to use? I have the right grind (for moka pot) but I can't seem to make a coffee that is not bitter. I have tried many different coffees.... thank you for your help and advice 🙏✨

The lid knob and handle is chunky ugly toxic plastic . really puts me off . They’re charging almost £50 for a 6 cup. Not sure if i want to invest. I may just pay for a mini steel espresso machine
