Do you ever wonder what it would be like to be neighbors with a President or Vice President? Well today guys I’m going to show you inside of Joe Biden’s neighbor’s $6.6 million dollar beachfront mansion!

The $6.6 million dollar home is located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The only reason I am sharing the location of the home is because Joe Biden’s address is already widely publicized but we still encourage you to respect his privacy but not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time.

The $6.6 million dollar home is set on roughly half an acre of land with direct oceanfront access. The home was built in 2015 and was constructed in a way that it can withstand a category 5 hurricane. Which being in Delaware probably won’t be much of an issue but it’s nice to have that sense of security. The owner purchased the home in July of 2019 for a whopping $1.1 million dollars under the $7.7 million dollar asking price. Luckily for the owner that savings will also go towards their projected property taxes of roughly $40,000 per year.

The home is a 6 bedroom and 7 bathroom with 6,737 square feet of living space breaking down to about $980 per square foot. As you make your way up the front staircase and enter through the front doors you are greeted by the main living area. The home is four floors with the bottom floor being a 4 car garage. Because this home is located on the ocean the home is essentially on stilts to prevent flooding in the case of a storm surge. As you make your way past the central staircase straight ahead is the living room with a gas fireplace and a built in entertainment center. Just off the living room is a small game room with doors to the outdoor deck. Stepping back into the living room and off to the left is the dining room and a small sunroom perfect for enjoying the sun on a winter day. Just off the dining room is the kitchen which comes with black painted cabinets with stone countertops. I absolutely love the gas stove top and backsplash, really makes you feel like this is your own personal restaurant in a way. Staying on the first level there are two bedrooms towards the entrance of the home that could easily be converted into an office or stay as a guest bedroom.

Moving outside onto the deck you have an infinity pool with a hot tub that overlooks the crashing waves of the ocean. There is a walkway off the deck that leads you to the beach which isn’t private but is far enough from the main tourist areas that you won’t have to worry about crowds outside your back window.

Moving back inside and skipping the stairs and taking the elevator to the second floor is where you will find the rest of the bedrooms excluding the master. All the bedrooms on this level come with their own on suite bathroom. The is a room that would be perfect for a home gym that comes with its own balcony. Across the hall is the junior master which also comes with its own private balcony. What I love about this home is how spacious it is and with all 6 bedrooms it would be the perfect home for a family vacation.

Finally stepping up to the third floor is where you will find the master bedroom. Which comes with a bed in the center of the room facing the ocean with its own doors to its private balcony looking out over the back deck. Flanking the center of the room is the master bathroom and master closet. In the master bedroom you have dual vanities on opposite sides of the room and a decent sized walk in shower with a tiled bench seat. Also located off the master is an office space that is perfect for pesky business calls while you’re on vacation. But that pretty much wraps up our tour of Joe Biden’s Neighbor’s $6.6 million dollar home.

That beachfront house is NOT Bidens. His house is not on the beach, it’s in the wooded part of the neighborhood near the wetlands(marsh).
