His voice is not as strong as it once was, but Joe Biden's decency and love for America shines through. Love him. I heard a report that said something obvious that I never thought of : he was VP to the first black President of the US and his own VP is the first female VP plus first Asian-American VP and first Black American VP. That speaks volumes about this man.
