Best Exercise For L4 L5 Disc Bulge Best Exercise For L4 L5 Disc Herniation

This video discusses the question, "can a bulging disc health itself?" or "will my herniated disc ever heal?" Disc bulges or disc herniations are signs of damaged or degenerated discs. In the lower back, the lumbar spine, the most common areas for bulging disc or herniated disc is L4 L5 and L5 S1. While the damage on the disc may never correct the pain and symptoms associated with an L4 L5 disc bulge or an L5 S1 disc bulge may subside. This means the inflammation at the damaged disc which causes local irritation on the disc and for some a pain response, this may improve and therefore feel like healing. Many people, after therapy, still have the reminiscence of a bulging disc, but with proper spinal corrective care, the biomechanical distortions that could be causing the damaged or bulging disc, once corrected, reduce the irritation on the disc tissue and therefore the inflammation and pain reduces.
How to heal a herniated disc quickly? in my experience, it's not always a quick healing or quick fix. Can a bulging disc heal on its own? In some cases, when not severe, it may be possible that the inflammation reduces therefore causing pain to reduce. Does L4 L5 disc bulge heal time varies from person to person based on their condition and clinical presentation.

I had heirnatad discs all of them k1 to l5 I don't have my MRI in front of me but I had one disc that was 11 millimeter then another that was 10; that was in March of last yr well I took another MRI July of this year I still have bulging discs but now they're 2.8 and 3.3 millimeters so my question is are they drying up ? Are they healing ? Because I'm still in pain and get flare ups and spasms still I been taking collagen ligaplex bone broth unflavored gelatin glucosamine fish oil etc so I don't know if that helped my joints or not over time by the way my injury goes back to sept of 2019; I would appreciate an answer thanks

Hello I have a bulging disk in my lower back. I think it’s L4. A doc told me I needed surgery but workers comp said to try injections first. Now workers comp isn’t covering my disk now for some reason. Now that I have to cover it what would be the best thing to do? Do injections help?
