Can't wait. Still functioning with my 2015 27" which I refuse to replace with a 24" (why go smaller in 2024 when PCs are up to 34" monitors????). Having been spoiled with an all in one, don't want two separate units either which are expensive! I'll be first in line when it finally releases. Not a fan of malware. Used it for a while but it slowed my system down much further.

You infer that a $3, 200 price tag is pricey. I bought my first Mac (an SE-30) back in 1990 and spent $8, 000 on it which included 24-pin printer, the max available hard drive of that era, and the maximum available RAM. And that was in 1990s dollars. $3k to $4k seems a pittance in comparison to what you get for the money today in computing power.

Ridiculous pricing. I‘m using my Macmini with an 27‘‘ 4k Monitor for below 1000€. For storage I‘ve added a 1TB Samsung for roughly 100€, works perfect!

I would definitely love a larger iMac. I have the M1 iMac and love it but with it was a little bigger and had more ports. But what would make the whole experience better is a better Mouse. The trackpad is great but sometimes I want to use the mouse and it’s absolutely terrible.

It would be good to see an updated model, but I hope they have a height adjustable screen. With the 27" on a normal desk the screen is too high to get the the correct viewing angle for a lot of people.

Also hope it has enough ports and upgradeable memory, as I have had to upgrade my 27" memory two times for photo editing software requirements.
