iMac Pro (2017) RAM Upgrade (256 GB) at Orgteam Erfurt

We've upgraded our iMac Pro 8-core from 32 GB to 256 GB RAM at our friends Orgteam Erfurt. A great thank you to Timo Aichele who did a great job disassembling and reassembling our work machine. The video was shot on two iPhone 11 in time lapse mode and got a quick edit on Final Cut Pro.
There's a lot of discussion about iMac Pro RAM upgrades on the internet, so I'm going to share our experience. Some RAM suppliers say the iMac Pro 8-core cannot be upgraded to more than 128 GB which was obviously wrong in our case. It seems to be some outdated information from the initial release. Apple started supporting 256 GB later on. In addition, we've found out that the iMac Pro doesn't like 2933MHz RAM although it can be clocked down – in theory. In practice, we had to go for 2666MHz RAM sticks from the same manufacturer (Samsung).
