I applaud this doctor for not having a loud voice, as a person currently having a migraine, his voice doesn't aggravate it unlike some of the other videos

This is very well explained. I was dismissed by one neurologist and told all I had was a tension headache and I needed psychotherapy. This conclusion was reached without any evaluation. I now have a better neurolgist who did a thorough evaluation and has said that I have migraine headaches with vestibular sypmtoms. Something real and it's not just me wanting attention and manufacturing problems.

Yesterday I was diagnose with vestibular migraine. I have to honestly say that it's quite surprising news, as I have never had any headaches in my live. I am 32 yo. Moreover in CMT scan visible contact of vestibulocochlear nerve with a vessel. My sypthomes are
tinnitus, during vertigo episodes (1-10min) two times a month, sweating, bowel movement, dizziness, hypersensitivity for sounds. Episodes starting while bending, head movement etc. Is it possible I have vestibular migraine without headaches???

I take medication. It works sometimes for the headaches but it does not do anything for the vertigo. I looked into the vestibular therapy but the cost factor and effectiveness ratio makes that not something I do. I just live with the vertigo and the headaches when my medication doesn't work so well.

No, not really. I don't do the therapy. I just live with it.
