0:30 In the original, Aerith walks into the Forgotten City through the white treed forest away from Cloud for the last time, and disappears in his dream. She says she can take on Sephiroth or something and walks away just like this, and Cloud cant stop her, cuz its his dream. Last time he ever sees her, in this dream. I love the build up!!!! I'm totally cryin.

She walks pretty far ahead away and notices from that far away that something's wrong and then comes back to check on him. Amazing character

I've never played ff7, but I bought ff7 remake as now i'm 26 yrs old. I do know what happens in this story, but when this scene was in the game I got goosebumps because I know what he saw and the way the music hits and the way cloud reacts your like OMG I know what he saw. I may not have played the original, but this remake has me hooked in with the characters so deeply.

I absolutely goddamn love this. It's really kind of meta... it's not just Cloud here experiencing foreshadowed grief, it's all of us... Square knows that the majority of people playing this game know what the future holds, and they absolutely planned this little scene with that in mind.

GOD this game... i really hope we can see them together because they had the best chemestry of all the game... and by that i mean that they don't force a Zack/Aerith kind of thing in the next part.
