I have experienced this very thing, via my wife, who is Black. My wife sat in on an interview committee several years ago and one of the candidates was a Black woman. When the interview panel met afterwards, my wife raised concerns about this candidate's qualifications. My wife's boss, a progressive white woman, pushed back hard against these objections and the woman was hired.

Well, guess who this woman keeps running to for help, because she struggles with the job? Not her white SJW boss!! Anytime you hire or admit someone for any reason than their qualifications, problems will inevitably follow, for everybody.

I once nearly got fired from a new job due to a severely incompetent HR person. She mixed up my background file with a rejected drug dealer…
My father simply said, “son, could you do her job of filing forms and messing with far more talented people?” “Yes.” “Would you ever want to?” “No.” “OK, so the role attracts unmotivated people who like wielding power over others.”

We have the same situation in the field of Human Resources. The absolute useless are making decisions on the people who are employed at your organizations. They never chose people who are more adept than they are. We all lose in this scenario.

I am a retired physician who had a wonderful private practice. The first 4 years of my medical profession, I was an assistant professor at a prestigious American medical school. There were students I taught that I wondered how did they get into Med school, and your video explains why.

This has been going on for at least 40 years. I experienced it directly myself which is why I left Canada over 30 years ago and it’s now 100X worse.

My father was director of Cardiology at the hospital where I did my invasive cardiovascular internship in 1990, he was also pressured or forced to hire people to meet a quota, not based on their ability but rather because of contingent governmental policy and funding to the hospital and therefore it's the patients that ultimately paid the price and I suppose still are to this day. My father spent his entire life in medical because he genuinely liked helping people and gave half of all his money to the United Way. He said "son they need it a lot more than you and I". I retired early btw 2017 in part for the above mentioned reasons and fortunately got into real estate by the advise of my mother. I would say to people today to try and remain as healthy as you can and stay out of doctors offices and hospitals unless you are dying, then go to an E.R. Work hard and good luck everyone. Thank you Thomas for your work and also trying to help people, we should all be so inclined to make the world a better place.

Way back in 1969 when I got my BA degree I had an interview with Pacific Bell. The interviewer looked at me and said: "You have all of the experience I need but I can't hire you. I have to hire minorities." It's been like that for me ever since.

Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Show me a man without investment and I'll tell you how long it takes to go bankrupt. Investing creates a safe haven for the future. With the right investment choice that has at least a 10% minimum risk and with the advice of an expert, profits and interest is guaranteed.

As a retired teacher of 22 years, having worked in an Inner City middle School The New Hires where not that much more skilled verbally and intellectually then the Students one “ Teacher” was a female Rapper and Gave Lessons in Rap. Very Inspiring, our educational system is in serious trouble.
