Make orgeat simple syrup

Let's make orgeat, which is an almond simple syrup, and a great way to change up any cocktail.
Recipe:
1 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup almond flour
3-5 dashes of orange flower water.
Add boiling water to the sugar and stir until clear. Add the 1/2 cup almond flour, stir again, add the orange flower water, and let it sit for at least 8 hours. Strain out all the solids and you have orgeat. Cheers!
