Orgeat, the almond syrup recipe of your cocktail dreams. Orgeat is traditionally used for the Mai Tai but in my humble opinion, you could put this toasted orgeat in just about anything and tell me it doesn't taste good... I dare you. This is the best orgeat syrup for drinks and beyond.

Dry toasting our almonds gives it that roasty, toasted orgeat flavor. But making almond milk from scratch is the real secret weapon of this recipe. We also add a bit of aged alcohol to make the syrup last longer. Finish with a bit of Rose Water (or Orange Blossom Water) and you’ve got yourself the last Orgeat recipe you’ll ever need!
