love this video and recipe! Great job! I love my le creuset pans..have a number of them..but a suggestion..get a less expensive pot for frying .I believe it ruins the pan, so i use a lodge designated for frying, which is also a great pan, but not as expensive.

"Fish & chips"? Those are "fish & crisps". ("Chips" in the context of "fish & chips" are what Americans would call "French fries.")

The sheer amount of product placement is simply annoying. It really ruins the presentation. Ludo, do you need the money so badly?
