The plantar fascia is a thick band of tissue that runs from the bottom of the heel to base of the toes. This means that stretching the toes with toe spacer such as the Naboso Splay can help minimize plantar fasciitis symptoms.

Recommended use is every day at least 1 - 2 hours however the longer you wear them the better the results. Gradual increase time in the Naboso Splay to adjust to the sensation.
