Just retired at 52. The peace of mind knowing that my time is my own and that ill never run out of money is staggering in contrast to the race to achieve it.

I’m hoping to end the rat race by 60. I’m 52, $600K net worth. I know money is a liability, not an asset. You have to exchange it for assets that represent real value. Real estate (properties for rent) Stocks (dividends) Bonds (interest) So, what is it with bitcoin?

The whole point of wealth for me is freedom. My magic number in my mind is 5 million needed at 65 to not worry about anything. Am i better off investing a good portion of my $700k inheritance into stocks or real estate to achieve this goal?

As I started making more money, my experiences got better.

I saw better concerts in seats closer to the stage. I was able to book a nicer hotel in the downtown area with a view and shuttle service. I was able to afford memberships that give cash back for purchases.


And my network certainly improved!

I went from being with people drinking (chugging) $3 diluted beers, to people having a wine collection.

Health... Definitely upgraded! The local YMCA gym is nice and open to the general public. But the equipment is older than the building. I started going to LA Fitness and it looked much better! I hope to get a house and get my own equipment soon.

Money's good. Really good. Does good too. 😂❤🎉❤🎉❤

I have been watching Alux on YouTube since I was a sophomore in high school. I'm finishing up my last semester of college this spring. I know that I will be able to attribute a lot of my success and how I represent myself and the ones closest to me because of Alux. I have dreams of starting my own real estate investment company and I know a lot about this as my father has his own business as well. For me it was being able to stop working at age 57. I took soc sec at 62. Between 57 & 62 I finished personal projects, moved to a house in the country and closer to the ocean, got the big luxury car I have wanted for years, and did some international travel. Now at age 63 I will get that boat I want and go fishing with my wife in the Gulf of Mexico while everyone else is working. We live on half of my net income so the money to reinvest just keeps growing. Keep your eye on the prize even if it takes a lifetime to get there - it is worth it !!!

I've been disciplined enough to hit the gym twice daily for the last 4.5 years. Been training for 20 years.

yes i am slowly growing out of middle class to weatlh but very slow
