Using separate hands for the wet/dry dip is brilliant, I feel like I've wasted far too much of my life coating my fingers in bread crumbs like little chicken tenders. Definitely doing this now

If you freeze and defrost the tofu twice the texture is even better! 😊

Omg I didn't know you could defrost tofu that way. I've been letting it just thaw out. This is a big time saver!

Ohhhh, I recognized that dish immediately. Never had tofu katsu, but my korean caretaker in Hawaii used to make it all the time. Mouth is watering right now!!!

I’ve never frozen tofu before. I usually just press it, marinate it then cook it. Are you suppose to press it prior freezing? Or do you just pop it in there without the water and defrost in the microwave? Do you press it after defrosting? I have so many questions!

Do you ever have the issue that the tofu gets soggy again soon if it was fried and not immediately eaten? I do press it but it never seems enough or maybe it's the coating (I do flour, cornstarch and water)

I can’t wait until you start your soups and comforting, hearty meals. I’m new to vegan lifestyle and need all the help I can get. My GP (family doctor) told me I need more protein. He suggested protein powder in smoothies or whatever but I don’t know what to look for or can you recommend higher protein sources for vegans? Thank you.xxx

My husband says the exact same thing about canola. He says it smells fishy so it's only peanut at our house. I can't smell it myself but he certainly does.
