⁠I had UTI many years ago and treated with Antibiotics and I have a mild pain in right kidney since. Now I have fresh blood (a few drops) at end of urination. Any suggestion on what is going on? Shall I take another course of antibiotics to remove the chance that I might have a mild infection in kidney. My kidney function is normal and eGFR is 117. Blood glucose normal too 82 although BP is high 150. If antibiotics, which one shall I take. Thanks a lot for your advice 🙏. Blood went way after a couple days but came back after 3 years and again went away after a couple days
