Science has a lot to say when it comes to morning runs and evening runs.
In the mornings, the muscles are cold and the body temperature is lower hence the risk of injury is higher. However, if you plan to run on an empty stomach then you will burn fat and even build some muscles.
Evening runs are better for avoiding injuries since the body temperature is higher and the ability of the body to build muscles is even better as compared to mornings.
