She better learn about those off-peak charging hours lol. I never pay more than $11 to go from 20% to 100%

Idk what supercharger she was using, I used two different superchargers and it cost me $8-9.

Since my tesla is older - its grandfathered in to when supercharging was free - so it cost me nothing still

I’m just happy you didn’t do that stupid tap thing on the tail light 😂

I have never paid more than $25 at a super charger, even in California

$40 is expensive? My Tahoe costs $120 to charge a full tank. Yeah Supercharge me all year.

You must be charging in the most expensive spots in the world 😂

That’s insane!!! For me to charge from home it’s $.07 per kWh and a super charger typically costs me between $10-$15 between Pittsburgh area and Cleveland area. Destination chargers are clutch too!! Free and appearing at so many hotels.

I’m honestly super surprised. In Texas I suppose it’s just a lot cheaper to charge it. Overnight it costs me about $1.50 a night and a supercharger 20-90% is about $8-$12.

$40?! Isn’t it supposed to be like $15, where are you charging😭 NY?

It depends on the location and time. I use supercharger near me that costs 21cent per kWh before 8am, $12 from 5%-100% for my RWD model 3

Here in Quebec it's around 0.07$/kWh. Price difference is insane. Go renewable power!!

Another way to make it free: hook it up to your neighbors house.

I’m glad I get to charge at work for free 😊 owned my car 3 months and only spent 15 dollars for the few times I’ve had to charge at home

If you go after midnight in Houston it’s about $6-7 to charge a standard range 3

Cost me roughly $5 for 1-100% at home. That is wild.

Damn $0.27/kWh is pretty expensive!

Edit: YOU CHARGED AT $0.68/kWh!?!? HOLY CRAP! Never knew they could get that high… highest I’ve ever seen after 5 months of ownership was $0.39! So cut yours in half if your not in a major city I assume

you shouldn't charge to 100%. Time is money and charging slows down the closer it gets to 100%. Charge to 80% and save a lot of money.
