The Happy Healthy Guys are Rob Vasquez and Randy Johns. They started the H2Guys because they felt there was a need to educate people on what it really means to be HAPPY and HEALTHY. There is a ton of mis-information out there when it comes to health resulting in way too much sickness and disease. Dr. Randy was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer 7 years ago and overcame it naturally with no drugs and no surgery. During the same period Dr. Randy was battling Cancer, Dr. Rob was diagnosed with a 12 mm herniated disc and was recommended surgery. Dr. Rob chose to seek out answers and solutions that did not require drugs or surgery and was able to overcome the disc herniation. Their pain and Struggles are now their Purpose.
