As always, looks awesome brothers! Sandwich building matters, but I'll forgive it for that melt. Ken's is always my go-to here. You can literally find every dressing you can think of! I recently got a Trompo King rack, gonna do a Mediterranean style roast with Ken's as the marinade. Griddle on!

Wait, I'll be right back, I need to put on a belt... Okay. I'll loosen the belt for that melt! LOL. YES, perfect way to eat a melt/burger. That thinly sliced pastrami was on point! There is a place called Jim's in West Valley City, Utah that has a pastrami burger that is amazeballz... this kind of took me back. What a great meat combo. Keep cool in this heat, and enjoy the weekend! Even here It's supposed to be in the 90's, close to 100 the next few days, Hot Hot Hot! Griddle On!

I'll loosen my belt for that melt!!! I'm definitely adding this to the griddling menu. Like you guys said, best burger and best melt so really looking forward to trying it. Only difference when i make Reubens, I like to find the uncut loaf of rye to cut thicker slices of bread.
