I love a good patty melt. For years I went to this restaurant that had the best patty melt I've ever had. Unfortunately they locked the doors a couple of years ago & I still haven't found one as good.

I'd add a young cheese to go with swiss (although swiss is a great cheese to use in tandem) and either thousand island or a burger sauce to go with this but that patty melt looked bussin AF.
