In case you haven't installed WSL yet just follow these steps :
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 1 - If you are running Windows 10 version 1903 or 1909, open "Settings" from your Windows menu, navigate to "Update & Security" and select "Check for Updates". Your Build number must be 18362.1049+ or 18363.1049+, with the minor build # over .1049.

Step 2 - Enable the Windows Subsystem for Linux :

Step 3 - Enable Virtual Machine feature :

Step 4 - Download the Linux kernel update package :

Step 5 - Set WSL 2 as your default version :
wsl --set-default-version 2

Step 6 - Install your Linux distribution of choice :
In Microsoft Store

For anyone who may still have issues after watching this, check ur task manager and performance again to see if virtualization is enabled like in the video, if not then go into your bios and enable virtualization which should be in advnaced, advanced (again), cpu configuration, then enable vsm

It works, I you tried everything, and then try it below update; maybe same as mine.
Powershell run it as an administrator, and then type wsl --update; after applying all steps of how to setup wsl processing. Go Bro! Thanks again.😀😀😀

This is a really great video. But, I'm still having the problem. After I reboot the system in step 3, my screen is black. I can not login, I can not even see the mouse pointer. I can acces only to the bios. So, If I change de virtualization to enable I can login and work in my pc, but i can not create virtual machines :c does anyone know how can i solve that?
