Just hit 100 today, took 18 months, but mainly because I didn't tell anyone about the channel in my friends & family, and let it grow on the basis of the content and consistency alone.
Not that I recommend or don't recommend this, it's just something I preferred for myself.
Best part, it hit 100 on my birthday week!

I went over 100 a while back, but I always watch Rob's videos. Got to 100 in 62 days ( really close to what Rob said), and 1000 in 8 months and 17 days. I'm at 1842 now at 10 months and 11 days.. So you can see how that can compound over time.

I've finally reached my first milestone, 100 subscribers, after 98 days! I know I still have a long way ahead, but it feels so satisfying when you complete that first milestone. for those who are discouraged for any reason, remember the first hundred is always the hardest the next hundred will still be a challenge but after that its just about getting better at making videos. when you build a foundation and more importantly a crowd of returning viewers your channel will grow faster than ever.
