The term "Dominance", is predominantly used by the West. This is in their mindset of colonialism, oppression, exploitation, suppression, greed, dehumanization, brainwashing and seeing others as incapable.
In every dealing of their, they expect others to look to them for everything assume to be the criteria for any idea, be it sociopolitical or socioeconomic and even in technology. This way of thinking urges them view successful nations like China as rivals and enemies. This obsessed with the use of the term, dominance, international order, world order and sanctions. This to us is absurd and uncalled for. We don't have see the progress others make as a competition. This is an indicator of immaturity and nativity displayed by the West, particularly the US.

China should consider building a manned Space-Ship that can maneuver at will in space, as its Space station, for prolong periods, as well as serves as a ‘half-way house’ to receives / delivers humans / materials from the Moon.

Competition, especially competition for technological superiority or ego, breeds innovation.😁Even India, with a GDP per capita of less than 3k, is trying to compete (not necessarily superior) with US or China on the global stage. 🤣😂😅😆😁Space program in the 1960s first before toilet program (Swachh Bharat Mission 2014).💪

I'm still confused why some people are equating the Artemis Accords with the ILRS Program..? The Artemis Accords are just that.. accords, guidelines.. most of their signatories are not even involved in anyway with NASA's actual manned lunar project which is called the Artemis Program.. So it's much more appropriate to equate the ILRS Program to the Artemis Program instead of the Artemis Accords.
