Is the US talking about themselves 🤣, from what i seen so far the only country in the world have this notion is the US. Well they been doing it for more than 40 years, destroying one country after another.

RBI is right in its place - in banning monthly subscription preferences. Some websites, not the print, get you to subscribe - but won't let you unsubscribe no matter what. And so money keeps going even if you don't want a service. So it's not without reason. I heard something like this happen to someone who bought a Vedantu subscription.

This is probably the PENTAGON officially declaring the beginning of the 2nd cold War. Interesting times ahead

Guptaji appreciate this episode . I would also like to see what is India doing on the economic front. If we want strong military we need to have strong economy first . At the same we need to fund high tech research and development. Can you make an episode on these topic and how India is fairing and where we are headed. Self resilience will lead to self security .

Listening to all this, I feel that the global economy in the near to medium terms will be driven by geo-politician considerations. How India plays and leverages this will to a large extent decide its future

Good to see finally Shekhar Gupta has shifted his attention towards China instead of Imran Khan & Pakistan.
The US report is loud & clear "Don't mess up with China"...
India never gonna catch up with China. The gap between China & India, in all fields, only will be widened with time.
Even the US is shocked at the space of Chinese advancements.
56 inch chested Modi has a bit of hard luck. Dark days are ahead of him.

The real question would be :
What would be the GDP of China & India in 2049
Higher Indian GDP means a stronger Indian defence forces & more international influence.
Bharat should plan accordingly to remain relevant in Asia

Pentagon Assessment is also coloured by idealogy, China is not about to export it's idealogy. China certainly will enhance its defence capabilities, that's to be expected from any great power, otherwise it will be vulnerable to rival powers.

Everything depends on the strong economy. China during earlier regime keep on growing their economy and now military modernization. We have to do lot's of catch up. Within India if every state perform like say Tamil Nadu and Himachal Pradesh, then we can catch up with china one day. But the problem is that majority of the state's grossly underperformed according to their size of population.

Happiness.

192 pages, huh? Hopefully, they have put more effort into this than they had put into the report on the Taliban.

The US became powerful and rich. But also its people became used to the good life and complacency. It was never a contest between cultures and systems but between people who comprise the building blocks of the cultures and systems. May the best people win then.
