As a Korean, of course South, the original text is: 抗日의빛나는傳統을이어鋼鐵로다져진榮光의隊伍金日成元帥님의붉은戰士로社會主義내祖國지켜싸운다, the lyrics from the song of North Korean army. But the hangul (Korean alphabet) is ommitted and hanja (Chinese characters) left. Both Koreas only use hangul now, but used to use hanja, too, decades ago.

I guess there was an encoding issue in Arduino's serial communication. I hope no wars happen in the Korean peninsular, though the atmosphere is not good these days...
