In today's video I'm taking you through my weighted calisthenics push workout. Today is my weighted dips strength workout where the focus of today's workout are the weighted dips. This is a weighted dips workout/strength focused push workout consisting of weighted dips, weighted handstand push ups and pseudo planche push ups. We're also starting with some static calisthenics skill training where we're working on planche and handstand.
Full Workout
Skill Training: Planche & Handstand
Weighted Dips: 1 Top Set (3 reps) + 3 Back Off Sets (6-8 reps)
Weighted HSPU: 1 Top Set (5 reps)
Deep Wall HSPU: 3 Back Off Sets (6-8 reps)
Pseudo Planche Push Ups: 1 Top Set + 3 Backoff Sets
