I can hear all audios just fine and everything is connected but I can’t talk. When I mute and unmute I can hear the noise it makes but no one can hear me talk.

Im so thankful for this video! I had a hard time pairing this exact headset to my pc ahead of working from home and didnt realize i never plugged the usb (connect) into the modem. These are perfect for noise cancelling while working and/or if gaming!! So ecstatic!

Cheers dude, I watched this vid before I even bought the headset. Seen so many people saying mic isn’t working etc. When my mic stopped working I reconnected it followed steps through your vid and it works brilliant now. Just gotta make sure u restart Xbox after disconnecting.

Mine will not stay connected it will stop after 3 seconds after working I’ve let it charge for 5 hours it just sits there and beeps when I try to sync

During the pairing sequence the headset led turns off instead of being solid. This headset was opened for Christmas on 25th and worked out of the box. It stopped working on the next day on 26th. I've been trying the pairing tutorial on YouTube with no success.

wish the "Purple Fade AIRLITE PRO WIRELESS" Headset worked like that but it didn't, after 20 minutes it already doesn't connect thought this video would help but no sadly no. I'll be returning this headset with no problem honestly Temu might have better options and yes i'll be shopping there for a headset.

hey pdp, i got my level 50 headset for christmas, and ive only had them for almost a month now. i wanted to ask for help, on a big problem that i have. when trying to use them, they are connected and the usb dongle is in the xbox and everything is paired, but when i go to try to use the headphones i cannot hear anything, and at the top left corner it says there is no mic connected. do you guys know what will help?
