Habanero Hot Honey

340g x Runny Honey
20g x Habanero Chillies (or chilli of choice)

1. Place 340g of runny honey into a saucepan.

2. Finely chop 20g of habanero chillies or any chilli of your choice.

3. Add the chopped chilli int the cold honey and place over a low heat.

4. Leave the chilli to infuse into the honey for 10 minutes over a very low heat. Don’t allow to boil.

5. Pass the hot honey through a sieve and then pour into a sterilised jar. Store at room temperature and enjoy!
