Boiling honey will demolish its flavor. 120 F should be the hottest you ever make it if you value the real honey flavor

1 never boil honey
2 after cooling it increases it's viscosity, it's not loosing it.

Also, I'm a fan of hot sauce but not a vinegar. Most popular hot sauces are too vinegary for me. How would this recipe work for me?

These kind of videos disappoint me because you’re casting someone’s hard work and creation to the side without the knowledge that it took to get that creation to where it is. Just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should🤔
Copycats are fine but don’t pick on little guy Mike’s hot honey. Isn’t that old if you were talking about Heinz ketchup or Frenches mustard, it probably wouldn’t bother me that much.
