INTIMIDATION FAIL! - Officer Leaves With NOTHING!

Today’s video comes from the channel Linda Garner. This video takes place in Jacksonville Arkansas and it involves the Jacksonville police department, more specifically it involves Officer Greenwood. On July 1st, Officer Greenwood showed up to the residence of a person named Toby. He informs the man he is being trespassed from Jacksonville City Hall. Thats when things get very interesting, so let’s watch the video and break a few things down.

When you asked where is your supervisor and he said always on his way as I would have looked at the piggy in training on the steps and said well you can get off my property and when he shows up I'll be sitting inside my living he can come and knock on my door then step back down on the sidewalk

The sergeant, or other higher up, directs Officer Greenwood to do their job for them. Totally inappropriate behavior on all counts. Good job insisting on seeing a court order. Trespassing from public property without having committed a crime is illegal. Makes them accountable for their decisions. Greenwood and the sergeant need to get a spine instead of simply following orders.

Actually, Toby didn't handle this very well. Shouldn't have opened the door but since he did.
Should have told ignorant cop that he was only trespasser present and to leave the property.
