Question. I probbably already know the answer but is it legal to shine a light back at the cops for shining it at you? Not to like retaliate but it makes it easier for you to see them with a flashlight when they are blinding you causing contrast. I would figure they would try and arrest you for doing what they just did however I don't honestly know.

Was this the same incident where the Cop threw the property of the tenant off the porch and hours later a guy was seen being carried out of Goshen PD in a WRAP Restraint System, loaded into a squad car with no seatbelt? The transport Officer didn't wear his seatbelt, either. 🤷‍♂️
