Taking out a pen and paper is actually not an intimidation tactic, it's a reflex for when the ID hunger kicks in, because people never say no they believe they'll get ID.
Putting on gloves and taking out cuffs on the other hand, screams INTIMIDATION!

this is crazy....a total 8 cops (in total) for a camera. the only cop that spoke, that new what he was talking about was the 3 striper guy, the first lady was 100% stupid.
