Angry female cops intimidation fails when they get owned and schooled by a man with a camera excercising his 1st amendment right to be recording in public. These female cops are angry and they try intimidation but when it fails they get owned. PINAC = Photography Is Not A Crime.

There are many problems with policing in America. Perhaps one, as we see in this video, is poor listening skills. As this cop with the glasses demonstrates, instead of truly listening to the citizen, she resorts to dictates, sprouting one order after another with absolutely no interest in what the citizen is saying.
