PHASE 1 - 2:57 - LOVE: Compassion and Kindness feeling connected towards others ...

PHASE 2 - 3:24 - GRATITUDE: is simply being grateful for stuff that happened before; it is the human characteristic most associated with overall well-being. Find anything in the past that was positive, anything that brings you an instant smile ...

PHASE 3 - 4:50 - FORGIVENESS: forgive others who have hurt you in the past and also Forgive Yourself ...

PHASE 4 - 5:30 - VISION: You must VISUALIZE your goals. Think of who you want to be three years out AND VISUALIZE, make those mental pictures as clear as possible ...

PHASE 5 - 6:45 - SELF - DETERMINATION: after you've visualize your life three years out, you must command how your day is to improve .. Practice what's called "segment intending" .. YOU tell your day how it's going to go.

PHASE 6 - 8:21 - BLESSING: You're simply asking your higher power to bless you and to make sure you're supported.

THAT'S IT, Just Be Consistent; Try To Make It A Daily Routine! This will normally take about 15 minutes.
