I've been on tretinoin for a year, acne is very rare now but my skin is still so sensitive, red, and scarred. I've never been able to use it more than 2 or 3 times a week

Totally agree with the OTC step up method. I could never tolerate rx tret since teenage years. I worked my way from retinol for a few years, retinal for another and finally am using rx tret with no issue. Slow and steady wins the race!

I would love some solid info about what to best use on retin nights and what not (ingredients avoid), I am so lost in making a routine for it, in terms of what moisturizer or serum to use along or not to let the active work at its best and gets supported and not sabotaged by the wrong product or ingredient that you put on top.

Am I the only one struggling!?

I started Adapalene about 5 years ago and suffered from some pretty bad dry skin because I didn’t really know what I was doing. I learned, spent about 2 years building up to nightly, then switched to tretinoin and spent about another year building up to nightly! It’s great and has totally changed my skin for the better but building up is important so you don’t suffer through retinization

i was using tretinoin every second day, my skin was all good, but then it became winter and my skin got super dry. so then my face got super irritated and i had to stop using it for the whole winter lmao. well its spring now so my skin is cool with it again, and i got a thicker moisturiser for next winter so hopefully it doesnt happen again

Helloo!! I love your major fade products! Been using them for 3 months. My face was smoother than my toddler’s skin up to last week where I got hit by fungal acne all of the sudden because of a combination of a lot of things (taking oral steroid, using a compression garment - dont ask, etc etc). I know your products include a lot of esther and definitely not fungal friendly because of the esther. The question: when can I go back to using them again?? 😭 i miss my fetus like skin

Hello doctor I had severe hormonal acne and dermatologist had advised isotretinoin 10mg for 3 months.. My acne cleared now.. Can I use 0.2% retinol serum now. Will it cause purging again?

will it help with post accutane rosacea? my rosacea is so so so bad after completing accutane to the point i get so many comments about my red skin. sometimes it looks like someone slapped me. i kinda feel like i'd rather have the acne back than have the rosacea.
