Like to see that you like the sandwich method, for i think this will be my secret to avoid extreme reaction. My derm prescribed me tretinion .25... I using it by 1st moisturizer then tretinion.. I only use it on the acne scars and acnes..2nd moisturizer step I skip.. When I wake up at morning after washing my face I feel dry..

I called the Navy Hospital to get an appointment with a Dermatologist. She laughed. The wait to see the 1 MD they have for Internal Medicine is almost a YEAR. They don’t have Dermatology at the Navy Hospital.
I want my 27 yrs back. The Navy was a mistake.
I wish I could get a prescription for Tretinoin 😢

Ok so i use a gel moisturizer its clear . After i use tretenoin even after i wait for 15 20 min and then use my moisturiser it still spreads white? I am guessing due to the tretenoin . How do i prevent that from happening.
