You explained it clearly. A Calculated Column is like adding a new column in excel file which will produce same number of rows as in the original data. A measure is is aggregate value like Sum, count, variance etc.

Notes:
1) Creating a measure for even simple calculations helps when you have many dashboard sheets and the column name in the raw data is changed.
2) Measure is calculated in runtime while calculated column is stored in Power BI database.

Sir I have one query, if we use measure, then it will be help full if column name changes, the same principal wont apply for calculated columns. Where as we need to change columns name wherever we used in calculated columns right..??
