For a quick refresh of DAX knowledge Ruth/Curbal is great. She can explain DAX issues in 5-10 minutes videos. It took me nine years to understand DAX beyond the basics. It´s like TSQL functions or TSQL subqueries. We went from a nice meta data based query language in MDX to this more cumbersome version. The big mistake was to start with an Excel based function approach and then extend it in to a model without clear joins and filter conditions. It´s messy and takes time to learn.

I'm pretty new to PBI but loving it thus far. What degree or classes would you recommend for those new to BI to build on their BI knowledge? All your videos have helped me so much and DAX is definitely an area I struggle in.
