That's great that you're using SQL here. I am very much looking forward to the next videos, specially the one with DAX formulas.

Hi, can you use the same approach with stored procedures? I am currently using CISCO stored procedure embedded into VBA scripts but I would like to use this approach instead, what do you recommend? THX

Sir I am very pleased to all your excel solution very easily.
Please solve this calculation in excel Formula.
First 250, 000 tax rate is 0%
Next 250, 000 to 400, 000 is 10%
Next 400, 000 to 500, 000 is 15%
Next 500, 000 to 600, 000 is 20%
Next 600, 000 to 3000, 000 is 25%
Next 3000, 000 or above is 30%

If income is 1250, 000 then tax will be per annum=135, 000
1250, 000
- 250, 000 =0% =0

1000, 000
- 400, 000 =10% =40, 000

600, 000
- 500, 000 =15% =75, 000

100, 000 =20% =20, 000

Total =135, 000

Hey, if you will be able to write a SQL query that will refer to the parameter defined in the Excel table?
e.g. I have a table in the specified date range from 2016-01-01 to 2016-12-31, and wants to SQL queries received such a result:

select *
from dbo
where data in (data from the defined parameter)

When I am trying to connect I get this error message: We couldn't authenticate the credential provided. Please try again.

I have checked the credentials several times but I still have the error.

Thanks

I can't seem to connect to the server. When I first downloaded the file I didn't go to the data base option to type in ExcelIsFun. I didn't connect. When I went to do it again I keep on getting error messages that it can't connect to the SQL server. I looked at the server name and I counted an additional 10 spaces or so in the Excel file - is this correct? then I counted an additional 2 spaces at the end of Boomerang. would this cause the problem?
