strong password I use Bitwarden. As much as I love that you did a video explaining password managers I would have liked if you had explained that Bitwarden has an advantage over the others in that it is open source software, has a free tier that would be fine for most users and has extensions for every browser & operating system. Maybe a future video can explain the benefits of open source software?

I use Keeper for a few years now the paying version works fine on android but not that great on the Chromebook extension the auto-fill is not that accurate, but I believe in having a strong password. Thanks for all your great videos.

Strong Password…
Thanks for the video Scott 🤗

I’m using Google to keep all my passwords, address and credit cards safe... Actually in some cases I also have apple doing that, but it's mainly everything inside my google account.

What are your thoughts on using the browser as the password “keeper” when compared to one of these apps?

Maybe you could do a video on this...

Thanks and have a great weekend
Regards,
Pedro

I'm still a college student, but I'd like to get into the whole password manager thing without having to pay. I have read that bitwarden is the best option for a free password manager. What do you think is the best one for me to create my... strong password?

Strong password! Thanks for the rundown. I am guilty of sloppy password
management! So, how does Firefox rate for saving one's passwords?

Strong password, my question is I recently changed browsers to duck, duck, go and it seems that my passwords didn’t move to my new browser. Do any of your suggested password managers handle this problem?

Strong Password! Just a couple of questions from a nube... how do these managers handle sites that are very specific about characters (banking site that wants special characters but you cant use $ or !)? Is there a local file for the manager to access or does it have to go to LastPass or BitWarden to access the data? If they do, what is the recourse if that site is down? I know it is a technical question, just thinking of worst case if I give this nice little piece of software the keys. Thank you.

Strong Password!
Scott, I have my Phone, a tablet and my desktop. What would be the best pw mgr that covers both Msoft, and android? I'm confused as how to gain access if I create a Strong Password on my desktop, can I open it on my phone? Btw, how do they work with other browsers? Often I open with edge, Chrome, and firefox in that order to the same site. Do you need an extension for each browser?

Strong password,
So are you saying that everytime you get on your PC or phone or whatever, before you start checking your sites, you open the password manager program and login to it and then as you reach your login section it automatically loads it? If that's the case, as in my phone, how do you disable the password manager just in case you misplace your phone? I can see that when I turn off my laptop, it has to reset but I hardly ever turn off my phone. I use it all the time.
