Your explanation of the 3-part lunge is awesome! Maybe armed with this technique, I can manage to incorporate them back into my training! Thanks so much for these videos, I now have the sandbag ebook, as well as the everyday carry one. Nothing left but to move heavy things.

Coming from someone who wants to start training with sandbags on his own, the question is pretty straightforward and somewhat silly: how should i get it up from the ground to the bear hug position? I mean, do i lift it with my back, with my arms, with my legs, with a mix of the three...do i need to keep the knees bent or just a slight bend in the knees is fine? I need to figure out this lifting technique correctly so that i can get it going.

A million of articles and video about loaded carries. Most of them are just people who show they can carry something n different ways. But there is very little information about the muscle the work or benefits of every single of them.
What do shoulder carrie train? It sounds obvious, but it can not be that simple. I wanne know stuff like that shoulder carries emphasize on front delts and bearhugs on rear delts. Or that one carry is more suitable for explosive motion or TUT. Or difference between locked or open hands on bear hugs. That kind of stuff. Maybe an idea dor the next video. Or are there any tips about interesting websites or YouTube channels? Brgds,
